Public Safety regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
Posted on Monday March 16, 2020
In order to ensure safety of our residents and City staff we are taking recommended precautions.
The City of Greenwood is closely following the County, State and Federal guidelines and updates regarding COVID-19. We will provide updates to our community as needed.

At this time we are asking the following of our residents and will update you with any changes.

In order to minimize contact we would like to remind you of the options to conduct business with City Hall.
We have online payment options available for both sewer and court payments, please utilize them at this time.
We also have a drop box at the front of City Hall that you may drop off any correspondence.  This includes Business License Applications, sewer payments, court payments, start and stop sewer agreements and more.  The forms needed are available on our website.

We will only conduct meetings as needed to maintain City operations.  We have canceled the following meetings that are scheduled for this week.
Planning Commission Meeting 3/17/20
Ad-Hoc Committee Meeting 3/19/20

We plan to hold our Board of Aldermen meeting on Tuesday March 24th as scheduled, however we strongly advise that you watch this on our Facebook page.  We will not be having a public comment section on our agenda until we return to our regular sessions, as we are only conducting the meetings in order to conduct any necessary City operations.
